New brief

Tattoo Flash

Brief-

We want you to design and produce at least a ten page book plus cover as a sequel book to times of grace in an almost sailor jerry styled tattoo flash concept using pencil. We would like you to design all the tattoo outlines inside the book as well as binding it. The title and content are up to you, ask people what they think and constantly gain feedback.

The audience -

For males and females 18-45. The range is to be sold online, in stores and in tattoo magazines such as skin deep.

A soul audience is tattooists them selves to help customers determine what they want.

The problem-

Customers don't know what they want, the book is a solution to open up the minds of the customers possibilities

The requirements -

At least a 10 page design book with a 11x14" page

(We want you to these drawings in pencil and without using any colour or vector help within the book content. The cover is up to you but must work with the book content as a set)

What will you get out of it?

I will learn to get out of my comfort zone and rely on a pencil rather than something I can Ctrl Z.

I will learn how to experiment with different concepts and ideas and produce a tattoo book which fits the briefs restrictions.

When logged onto the dropdead website a tab will be there which helps narrow down what you are looking for. If mens clothing or new stock is selected the new D&D designs will come up with the option to purchase them, below is a mock up of what this will look like.

When selected the page will open up and give the details on the item, its name, price and a big photo of the product with three more thumbnail photographs which can be enlarged to see the item from different angles.

Along the left hand side there are other item fast links so the buyer is interested in other things and could persuade a last minute buy, when the thumbnails are clicked it will take the user to a page like the one below but with the selected items details.
