Final piece

So as my design i decieded to use a belt buckle as it is unisex and will be worn
all year round and recognized by everyone.

The belt buckles should be made in big batches in order to make a profit, I believe a tester set of 200 would be a good starting point in order to prove that they will sell.

Seeing as the majority of the Legion happen to be ex-military and bikers (to be so bold) a fashion sense to suit their style would be beneficial hence the traditional old school poppy and scroll. The buckles could be sold at some campaign rallies and concerts the Legion holds for a reasonable belt buckle price which in my experience is around £10 -£15 dependent upon the quality or in this matter the cause.

The buckles should be made from metal not any kind of paper or card, as this would be a trademark on the strength of peoples support, we wouldn’t want to make cheap buckles that fell apart after a tear or a spot of bad weather, this gives a feel of instability, were as metal is strong and hard and is built to last, maybe not forever but for a well worn period.

The British Legion

The British Legion's logo seemed to be a very bad communicater to the public.
The logo is bitmap and the image is distort although it appears on the website.
here is the image:

I kept the same design but entered a more legible typeface, a stronger colour theme and a vector based image which looks like this:
