Plate design

Below is a mild concept of mock up prints for plates, I thought I should see what the typeface looks like on the plate but then it came to my attention that each plate should have the logo printed on the back of the plate for branding purposes.

I mocked out a few concepts of each character on the plate with their signature beneath.

I think that some smoothening needs to occur so the shapes do not look as square.

Perhaps a background colour would be appropriate also?

The idea would be that each of these plates has the character printed to it and there would be ten people sat to a table for the halloween party with each one of these fellows on it.

I do think they have great potential to be more than they are at the moment with a lot of time and consideration to be put in to them.

I do think that some work better than others, abe in this case is one of them subjects.

I then thought it would be interesting to see what happened if I placed all of them on a plate together, with a lot of work into shaping it out and colour schemes i believe that this would work really well. I also printed the front logo on the knives and forks handles which looks pretty cool and unique.
