Illustrations

As I am using the lyrics from the song chelsea smile 'We all carry these things inside that no one else can see, they tie us down like anchors, they drown us at sea' to link in for one of my t shirt designs. I thought an interesting underwater and skeleton theme would suit both drop dead as a company and also the t - shirt illustrations theme.

I thought that I would draw a set of images using fine liners just so I could get an idea of layout and detail. I really liked the skull in the sand I drew as I thought it looked quite stylish.

I didn't like this drawing as much, I linked pirate treasure in with the sea bed and skeletons which I think was overdoing it with the image.

I really liked this anchor I drew and thought that it tied in very well with the quote, mixing bones and anchors.
