What is good development

Okay so keeping you up to date i have spoke to the printed textiles about different
types of ink i can use on nylon, due to the fact, a regular screen print would basically crack the ink when it has dried and been stretched... nightmare, so aparently to get around this i have to use a vice which basically stretches the nylon out, in order to print on top of it.

I have had an awful time trying to book time in textiles with my everyday schedule (lectures) so now friday I finally have the day free and what happens... the chest piece I had design doesnt work with the printers and basically brakes it! which leads to chaos on my part. The printing credit quite happily disapeared and did not give me a single document. Hi i'm Chris and I am broke... check my shoes. check my shirt. i am a tramp and can't even afford dinner.

but anyway... Here is a photo of what my first design in chest piece will look like... hopefully.

In essence when the whole design will not be seen, there will be a part of the design which has been cut off:

Here are some examples of my printouts for the CMYK prints which cost me... 54p for 4 b/w a4 documents... fantastic:

I love the fact i most likely will be unable to print today now as it took all morning to come in and now the studio space is booked. FINGERS CROSSED on monday I will be able to sort out this catastrophie before i brake down.

On a lighter note I have been designing the hand tattoo which has been pretty fun, I chose the mexican death skulls as it is old tradition and i think they look awesome:

I then decided these needed a background in order to work as a hand piece so I assed some lovely roses to the back of my design which looked a little like this... well a lot:

Then as time is ticking i finalized my designs to these final concepts.
I quite like the left three. but I am indecisive at this moment in time:

I think the colours in the purple one appear a lot more traditional than the aqua colours,
So I am going to experiment with this design in the print room and see what happens with
a bit of old nylon pasting.
